MARTINIQUEIt all starts with Bergeral, the family real estate development company founded by our family in Martinique. For more than ten years, we built residence after residence, from L'Impératrice in 2002 to Kalysta in 2018, including Les Jardins de la Mouïna, Villa Anaïs, Le Clos Victoria... Each project is a signature, each delivery a kept commitment.
2014That year, our grandfather Christian Montourcy, when thinking about retirement, was looking for a place to settle down. A peaceful, welcoming country, far from the tumult. He discovered Paraguay and immediately fell in love with it.
What was meant to be a quiet retirement becomes a new adventure. Christian decides to move there, accompanied by his daughter Hélène Montourcy, her husband and grandchildren. And since one never really leaves what one is passionate about, he reinvests his funds to do what he knows best: build.
BEGINNINGSIn Paraguay, everything has to start over. No network, no local reputation, another language, other standards. The family therefore begins small : duplexes in Lambaré, a first building in Barrio Jara. Each project serves to learn, weave, gain the trust of a new market.
2019First project delivered in Paraguay: Cassiopé, a gated community of 8 duplexes in Lambaré. The bet is won.
2021·2023Then come Olimpo (10 apartments, Barrio Jara) then Zandolí (20 apartments, Barrio Jara). Trust settles in. Word of mouth works. Buyers become advocates.
2025This year we deliver Kalypso Avenida Venezuela, and we are completing our own offices in parallel. But above all, we are marketing what will be our largest project ever undertaken in Paraguay : Kalypso Recoleta, 40 apartments in the heart of the most coveted neighborhood of Asunción.
Eleven years after our grandfather's arrival, the bet is more than fulfilled. And the story is only just beginning.
Our very first project. 24 apartments in Fort-de-France, in the Didier neighborhood. The beginning of a Martinican adventure.
Over 200 apartments and commercial units delivered in twelve years, mainly in Fort-de-France and Schoelcher. Building a reputation stone by stone.
